We manufacture and supply carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel as per our customer's drawing . it is applied for lost wax method with colloidal silica binder technology. we can produce parts and fittings of high precision in measurement , of good surface finish and of complex form as per customers' requests. Dimension tolerance of parts is from Grade CT4-CT6 as well as German standard of VDG P690 or DIN ISO2768. Suface fineness is Ra 3.2~6.3. the length of casting is less than 350mm. We could provide material analysis report by Spectrum Analysis Instrument and measurement report for each shipment.
