Established Indonesian Kyusei Nature Farming Societies Organization (IKNFS) that moving in research and development of Nature Farming, which safe for environment, especially EM Technology. Iknfs is also giving education and training to the farmers and farmers group that interesting with Nature Farming and environment. Referring to the development of EM Technology that progressing, so is required an organization as the centre of education, training and development of EM Technology, so that in 1997 was established IPSA Organization which cooperated with IKNFS, EMRO (Effective Micro Organisms Research Organization) and Bumi Lestari organization. Ipsa is a place for training, research and development of technology in many sectors. In health sector has been done research and experiment to developing traditional medicines. In 1998 development of EM Technology in traditional medicines started to building industry is called Bokashi Traditional Medicine Home Industry. From this industry result many products are about 19 products. Base on that situation so GN Wididana divided it to be different division and become one holding company that called PT Karya Pak Oles Tokcer.
