As I am always determined to Quality & Service & So either it was yarn( Thread, Becouse thread plays major role for the corset as when you tighten the Grommet of the corset with cord then all pressure is assumed by thread, So We Use 100 % polyester 3 Ply yarn from Coats India Limited, The best & leading thread company available in india ) Then ofcourse Fabric has to be strong enough to assume the pressure given to thread So we decided to developed Satin, Tafeta , Silk , Brocade , Pvc , Flocking fabric with our own specification & Designs so we never had a problem for ripping of fabric., Then steel bones , Spiral Bones & steel Busk should have their maximum flexibility so that when you tighten the cord They should be flexible enough to take the pressure given to them so i selected the best SS for for infact they are so much flexible that even if you twist them at 180 Degree they come to their shape instantly, Then the lining in each corsets is 100 % Cotton.
