Such high purity magnesium hydroxide is believed to be the material of choice in producing magnesium hydroxide flame retardant and quality MgO for silicon steel synthesis and for electrical and pharmaceutical purposes. <br /> Best has been listed as the key recycling economic project within Qaidam Experimental Area of Recycling Economy. It possesses the mining right of the five-square-kilometer magnesium chloride, quality limestone and the coal mine. On this basis, it has planned to further invest RMB350million Yuan into the second phase of the project and increase the annual output of high purity magnesium hydroxide to 10 thousand tons and that of calcium chloride to 20 thousand tons.
