- About Us : Quality Espresso S. A. is the name of the holding company that brings together its 5 brands (Futurmat, Gaggia, Visacrem, Italcrem and Mairali) . Quality Espresso is a company that has been producing professional espresso coffee machines for 50 years. It is one of the very few companies in the world that covers the whole production process of the espresso machines: design and technology (own I + D department) , mechanisation, metal folding and pressing, silk screen printing, preassembly and final assembly, final electrical, hydraulic and gas testing. Quality is also a must concerning the materials used in QUALITY ESPRESSO machines: stainless steel (body of the machine) , copper (boiler and tubes) and brass (grouphead) . We export our machines to 60 countries and we are the only non Italian company that has been able to sell espresso machines in Italy, what is a sign of recognition in the very demanding Italian market. Quality Espresso is the company that offers the biggest range of different models and designs, at very different levels of price. We have a multilingual technical service department that gives technical support to any customer in any country. We offer training courses for our customers in our facilities in Barcelona (accommodation in Barcelona is offered for free by Quality Espresso) , where we teach everything about the technical side of the machine, the use of it and the best way to make good espresso coffees.
