We have got two decades experience in development of seat covers beginning from conceptualizing design to fabric development, colour range and cutting style. This has given us the distinction of being the most popular brand in the Indian market. Our products range includes the following: 1. automotive jacquard seat cover 2. cotton toweling seat cover 3. pu-leather seat covers 4. automotive grade velvet seat cover 5. velour suede seat cover 6. steering cover and gear knobs 7. carpet mats. Customers We are supplying our products to some of the leading car manufacturers which include hyundai India limited, honda, mahindra & mahindra and general motors for after market supplies to all major car dealerships in India. We are also having our presence in after market all over India through our distributors in various areas. Equipment and machinery: We have two kinds of assembly lines: Line-1 is for knitted velour fabric and jacquard fabric seat covers. In this line we have high speed 5 thread safety stitch cum overedgers for stitching the above mentioned seat covers. These are japanese machines under the brand name of pegasus. We have lock stitching machines to do all the heavy duty job of edge binding, folding, double stitching and elastic attaching. These jobs are done on compound feed machines from seiko Japan. We have in-house 12 head embroidery machine from barudan Japan to do all kind of logo embroidery. Line- 2 is for stitching of PU/PVC leather cloth and genuine leather. In this line we have heavy duty compound feed machines from seiko Japan to stitch thicker material effortlessly. We have special computerized stitching machines to do gathering operation, mocession stitching (these are the latest international styling in the seat covers). We have special long arm machines to stitch and quilt with heavy foam and polyfill. Further we have 10 nos. Of special double stitching machines to provide ornamental double stitching on head rests and front backs of seats. We have embossing machines to heat process logo on the PU/PVC leather cloth. There are special straight knife fabric cutting machines from eastman u. S. A to cut PU/PVC leather cloth. All machines have the required guides and attachments to maintain proper stitching distance to avoid any error in stitching. No of machines: Pegasus 20 Seiko 100 Juki 5 Design capability: We have an advanced software system to do the complete digitising of our patterns. In this system the patterns are printed on the paper and fabric is cut accordingly. This system is totally different from the traditional one in which manual placement of patterns, measuring and cutting of the fabric happens. This software system helps us to remove all the possibilities of wrong placement of patterns or any other error associated with the normal process. Fabrics In fabrics we have tie-ups with bmd fabrics for jacquards who have partnership with dewits of Belgium, mayur uniquoters for PU & PVC and paras fab of parasrampuria group for toweling which is 100% eou, which provide us the most contemporary designs in car upholstery meeting the highest standards of automotive fabrics. Quality profile: We are in the process of finalization of consultants for ISO certification.
