Unlike most of the conventional manufacturers, we practice NO-FLOUR-POLICY which no corn grit, corn starch and flours are not added into our cooking pastes in order to increase weight of each production.Rasa Kari produces PREMIUM grade chili paste which its concentration level is approximately four (4) times higher as compared with ordinary and conventional Chili Boh or Chili Giling or dried chili sauce. Water added on conventional dried chili sauce product is comparatively very high as compared to ours. The difference can result to cheaper cost of production, higher weight of production, and most importantly if it is used in preparing a cuisine the taste will not be created to its highest quality and standard.Hotels, chain restaurants, caterers, and cooking paste manufacturers use RK's products in order to produce the highest quality cuisine and more importantly, IT SAVES COST as compared with conventional products.Profile of Director:-- An experienced and knowledgeable cooking instructor in this industry. He used to be shareholder of a few curry paste manufacturing and trading companies in Malaysia and Singapore.- He was the consultant to one of the largest chain food stalls in Singapore which is comprised of more than 120 chain stalls and retail outlets. Setting up of curry paste manufacturing facility was planned and executed by him.
