Our private investment-banking group will commit loan funds through their institution within ten (10) days of a finalized funding agreement. This group will only accept negotiable instruments (*****, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Company Guarantee or Standby Letter of Credit, ) as collateral to secure a loan. Requests under $100MM may be considered on a case by case basis. Securitized loans carry a one-year to ten-year maturity. Interest payments are paid semiannually or annually (interest in arrears), or in advance from loan proceeds. The interest rate is fixed or floating, and no prepayment penalty is imposed for early loan repayment. The group does not require equity participation and places no restriction on the legal use of funds. Interest rates are generally Libor + based on individual project and collateral specific details.
