Products & Services With an annual production capacity of over 25, 000 tons, Resitan Compay produces various resins as technical and foundry resins, phenolic resins and moulding compounds, unsaturated polyester resins, alkyd resins, hardeners, etc. Factory Complex The factory complex covers 12, 000 square meters, and it includes the manufacturing plant, raw material, final products and spare parts inventory rooms, underground reservoirs for water and solvents, standing storage tanks, barrel washing, utilities, cooling toResitan Co.r, sewage system, hot water, administrative and human services buildings, cafeteria and lodging facilities. Research & Development Center Enjoying a highly experienced and qualified R& D team, Resitan company is equipped with laboratories, pilot plant units and precision measurement devices, and it includes comprehensive research capabilities. Quality Control By exploiting technical knowledge and the state of the art technology from Germany, the most advanced laboratory equipment, two international system of quality management (ISO 9002 certificate through TUV Anlagentechnik GmbH Company of Germany & ISO / TS-16949: 2002 through URS company of England) and international standards in testing methods, Resitan company has been offering quality control measurement in her, molding, brake lining and resin products. Environmental Issues In order to prevent environmental pollution, after extracting most of their chemical components, all waste water and contaminated air are guided through incinerators are burned to make room for a clean environment. Raw Material Resitan has also imported raw material such as Phenol, Phthalic Anhydride, Maleic Anhydride, Styrene Monomer, Mono Propylene Glycol, Furfuryl Alcohol, Soya Fatty Acid, Para Formaldehyde, etc with annual big quantity.
