• About Us : Reslan Labels Inc. has been founded in 1962. Having conducted its first manufacturing with a Serigraphy Printing System, in the following years Reslan Labels Printing Ind.and Trade Inc. has included Hot Stamp Foil, Satin Ribbon Print and Roll to roll Flexo Machines in its inventory. Between 1970 and 1980, every year it has successively purchased Letterpress Machines (Flat-Bed) from Japan and thus increased its capacity. Adding Continuous Form manufacturing machines to its inventory in 1981, our firm has moved to its new facilities. Our capacity has been further increased in 1986 with investment on Semi-Rotary and in the following years with investment Rotary U.V System Printing Machines. In compliance with the developing computer technology between 1990 and 1994, microprocessor controlled 10 units combined colours Rotary Printing Machines have been added to our inventory. Another machine having the same technology was purchased in 1997. Adopting the notion that the prerequisite for achieving high quality work with decent machines lies in careful prepress preparation, RESLAN Inc. in 1998 has established its Film output and plate unit. In 2003, two combined printing machines with extensive widths have been incorporated into our manufacturing system; one of them with Rotary Letterpress and the other with Waterless Offset printing technology. Machinery investment was made in 2004 to our Pre-Press Preparation Process (Computer to Plate). With this investment, manufacture of digital films with Digital Tipo and offset mould was carried out on the same machine for the first time in the world. Our works on ISO9001:2001 Quality Management System certification process initiated on February 2004, was completed in 13 months in March 2005. (German DAR accreditation TUV Rheinland, TUV CERT). This manufacturing adventure had started off in 1962 in a 200m2 apartment flat with 10 persons. Today it continues in the central building in Istanbul where manufacturing and sales services are carried out over a 7000m2 area and the Sales Office in Izmir, with 80 employees who believe in rennovation and are committed to generating quality.
