The factory is very Rinco Auto Works (Regd. )ll located in the fully developed Industrial area of the most industrialized town of Punjab I. E. Ludhiana just one Km away from both the National Highway no.1 and the state highway. The total site space is approx.20,000 sq feet with total covered area of 15,000 sq. Feet. In our valued customers list includes many original equipment manufacturers, exporters, engine head manufacturers, and traders, both in India and abroad. Some of the leading parties among our list to whom we supply our valve guides are: 1. Vehicle factory, jabalpur (defence) for nissan & shaktiman. 2. Telco & hm through our distributors: These are used as original equipment. 3. A number of parties who are manufacturing cylinder heads for European countries. 4. Merchant exporters having dealings with Egypt and middle east. The company manufactures various types of engine valve guides of different material I. E. Alloy Cast Iron, Gun Metal, Brass etc for different vehicles Keeping in view, customer satisfaction and being quality conscious, the company has installed the latest machines with latest technology required to manufacture precise engine valve/guides/seat e. G. Special purpose machines, grinding machines, lathes, electrical furnace, etc. And specification are controlled exactly as per national/international standards or customer requirement. Company has setup all facilities within the plant, there is no out sourced process. Inspection and testing facilities are also provided to ensure the quality product. Well-established laboratory for physical and chemical testing of the material is setup along with casting plant. A standard room for calibration of in-house/in-process inspection gauges is also maintained in the machining plant. Top management is quality conscious and customer satisfaction is the motto of management. Quality management system standards are maintained to ensure customer satisfaction and continual improvement, thus company has achieved ISO 9001-2000 certification in 2004 and now improving the system as per TS 16949 standard requirements.
