Our working is still based on old craft traditions, such us stone-hulling that, combined to modern technologies and techniques, allows us to obtain highly-selected products.Unprocessed rice is carefully checked; in fact we always take samples from every truck that arrives in our company, in order to control the quality of the goods. Our quality control is also carried out during the working phase by examining and analyzing the product many times in order to obtain the best quality features.
