He is co-founder and partner of several Romanian-American joint ventures and has extensive experience in international trade with focus on Romania, Switzerland, Canada, USA and Middle East.Stefan Plesea joined TCA, TrustCorp America, a Washington DC trust company, since its inception in July of 1995. He is the Director of Operation and Senior VP. He is the graduate of several continuing education cROMANIAN AMERICAN FORUMses in Taxation, Investments, STP and Estate Planning and received his B. S. In Finance from GM University, Virginia, and The Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest. He has more than 12 years experience in investments and finance, custody, settlements and clearance. He has been involved in trading and economic transactions between US and Romania for the past 10 years, and has worked as a consultant for various US and Romanian companiesMr. Ioana and Mr. Plesea are founding members of The Romanian American Forum, RAF.RAF's main activity in the first two years was financial consulting for Romanian companies. Beginning in 2001 RAF started an import export activity. Today exporting and commerce intermediation is RAF main activity.
