Compared to traditional filters this design also reduces the amount of good product wastage.Ultrasonic sieve deblinding systemsUltrasonic deblinding systems are used to eliminate mesh blinding and blockage, which is a common problem when using sieves to screen difficult powders on 300 microns and below. Ultrasonics allows companies to sieve on finer meshes, increase screening capacity and reduce mesh breakage.
