There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on the watches, for manufacturers' defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage (we have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department... we can tell manufacturers' defects from wear and tear :) . Things to remember : <br /> <br />- ALL links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged. <br /> <br />- Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date. <br /> <br />- For refunds, there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling. <br /> <br />- For refunds, the watch must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in. <br /> <br />- All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us. <br /> <br />- Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package. <br /> <br />- Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations.
