- About Us : S&B Development LLC was founded in July 2005 by Donald & Polia Quinn in Bellevue, WA. Initially lacking a solid direction, S and B Development LLC took a few months to survey the market and find an industry in which we could be profitable and provided a well-needed service. The search for direction lead the company into the area of exporting medical equipment, new and refurbished, to Eastern Europe and former third world countries in the far East. Once we had identified the companies set direction, we took the next several months to analyze the market: the viability of exporting highly technical equipment overseas, financial requirements, profit margins, a well-placed overseas partner, and the level of demand for this kind of equipment. Currently we are taking initial step to developing a market and are searching for hospitals, doctors, clinics and government agency who require medical equipment. Our objective is to establish a client base who require certain types of medical equipment within an established budget and the meet that need.
