S.G Gears became registered in February 1993 and building, procurement of machinery and actual Production started in May 1994. Since then we have undertaken manufacturing of various capacity and types of Gear Boxes including: Heavy duty Crane gear boxes for long and cross travel Worm screw jack gear boxes up to 20 ton capacity Gear boxes for Tank Rotators Hollow input worm gear boxes Hollow output worm gear boxes Spur Gears Helical Gears up to 55 Deg. RH & 45 Deg. Worm gears from 0.5 M to 12 M. 55 Deg. RH & 45 Deg. LH Helix Angles Now we are producing gears and other CNC Machined and broach components at our new facility in Bhosari. Our proprietor, Mr. D.P. Kannadkar, is a degreed mechanical engineer with 27 years experience in the field of manufacturing and is also experienced in Development & Marketing in Reputed multi-product Companies. Apart from our proprietor, we have 4 Degreed Engineers and 20 plus skilled operators. We posses a totally reliable, skilled and hardworking team. We are supplying Gear Components & various other machined Components to many reputable companies including Atlas Copco, Ltd., and Deltech Controls, Ltd. Apart from supplying Broach & CNC Turned Components, Gear Cutting on Hobbing and Shaping, we are planning to supply gears in profile ground and shaved condition. We are under development of Gear Pumps in Smaller range
