The company has two forging units accredited with ISO 9000 from tuv, manufacturing ferrous forging(carbon, alloy& stainless steel) for automotive use, fluid system applications& general industrial use. The company has a battery of ten hammers and a press with a capacity to produce 1800mt forging per month from less than 1 kg to 150 kg in weight of individual part. In an effort to meet the requirements of the customers, the company has moved into value addition and is now capable of providing the forged parts in semi-machined, machined and fabricated. The company has his own full fledge gear shop having the capability& capacity to provide fully finished gears, shafts, crown wheels and pinions. With the forging back up from the parent unit, the gear plant of the company is doing flourishing business with almost all oem`s in india like maruti suzuki, telco, carraro, escorts, royal enfield ltd. Punjab tractor ltd. Mahindra& mahindra ltd.& exporting to various countries all over the world. To compete in the international market the ISO 9002 is in force in the forging plants since 1998 and the gear shop is accredited with qs 9000 by tuv germany. Company has modern facility to manufacture spur& helical gears, shafts, crown wheel& pinions created to meet the requirements of the original equipment manufacturers and the after market in india& abroad. The facilities include broaching, hobbing, shaping, shaving, gas carburising, hardening and internal& external grinding. This has further strengthened our customers confidence in sourcing the final and finished products from us. The availability of all the facilities ranging from forging to finish grinding enable us to have a total control over the quality and scheduling of production. To ensure high standards of quality, modern test equipment such as profile tester, micro traverse hardness tester, structural microscope etc. Are available in-house. Gears are being supplied to the original equipment manufacturers for two wheelers, tractors, trucks etc. Gears of accuracy class din 7(3962-67) can be produced in this facility We are also exporting the finish turned blanks, machined forging, fully finished gears, shafts, crown wheel& pinion to various countries around the world, such as iran, turkey, singapore, malaysia, australia, thailand, france, switzerland, italy, indonesia, USA, germany, etc. To name a few.
