Our production capacity range is 0. 5 Million Lbs per month with high quality assurance, reliability and customer satisfaction. 1. Weaving: Sadiq towel is equipped with the latest, most modern weaving machinery manufactured by DYNA TERRY PROMATECH. Our daily yield on shuttle less terry products is 1 ton, we have the capacity to produce 10, 000 yards per day of non-terry products. 2. Dying & Finishing: Our State-of-art dyeing house is equipped with latest machines imported from Japan, Germany & Spain. The more prominent brands name. We are thus able to produce any color range as desired by our customers. Ours is one of the very few dyeing houses in Pakistan employing the use of highly sophisticated drying machines instead of air-drying the fabric. 3. Stitching: Our stitching units are equipped with the latest machinery including Lock stitch, Over-Lock. Equally impressive is our in-house inspection area comprising of grading, cropping, packing & storage sections. We have automatic side hemming machines. Embroidery: 4. Our Embroidery Unit are equipped with latest Barudan Japaneese Machinery, where we are making Quality Embroidery Towels. We can easily make Embroidery deisgn upto 10, 000 stitches.
