- About Us : Safrroys was established in the year 1976, duly registered with the Government of Saffroys Capsule Machinesst Bengal, to manufacture precision machinery and machine components. Encouraged with a few success, the team of Safrroys took up the challenge to design and develop an Automatic Capsule Machine in 1979. Within 4 years the prototype was ready. The first turnkey project was completed in 1985 for Medi-Caps with one capsule manufacturing machine and a second capsule manufacturing machine was commissioned by 1987. It took a few years to establish the quality of the product. Full scale production of HCM was started from 1989. Orders kept pouring in but production capacity was limited. 31 machines have been made as on April 23rd 2004 and sold to different countires like South Africa, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Jordan and India. Spares and accessories are being exported to South Korea, Indonesia, Pakistan etc. besides to original customers. In order to cater to the demand, Safrroys Machines Private Ltd., has moved into a modern state of the art production facility with 20000 sq ft floor area. Sophisticated equipments installed include a CNC horizontal Machining Center with 1000mm by 1000mm table. In the year 1991, the prestigeous Export Excellence Award of Engineering Export Promotion Council was awarded by the then Hon'ble Commerce Minister Mr. Salman Khurshid. Today Safrroys is specialized in producing HCM's & allied equipments only
