Our vision is 'To be an exemplar engineering driven manufacturing organization' We are engaged in the areas like manufacturing engineering, prototyping and manufacturing of parts & assemblies through various business segments like 1. Stamped Welded assemblies 2. Mechanical Assemblies 3. Prototyping of stamped partsLast year we did business of 1.68 Million USD and this year firm business in hand is of 2.7 Million USD. We have work force of about 65 people. Following are the salient features of our manufacturing facility 1. Our manufacturing facility is ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 certified. 2. We have 11 presses ranging from 200 T till 30 T. Most of our presses are new presses. 3. We have inhouse tool manufacturing, Assy & tryout and tool maintainence facility. 4. We have welding and fabrication facility with 13 CO2 welding machines 5. We also have few spot welding, projection welding and seam welding machines. 6. We have pipe bending machines (SPMs) for manufacturing of tubular assemblies. 7. We have installed inhouse powder coating plant. 8. We also have design and engineering centre. 9. We follow standard APQP cycle as per AIAG guidelines 10. We follow 5 Gate project progress and approval system through Project Management Department. 11.
