The type of machines within the factory include: Flat Sewing Machine, Twin Needle Sewer, Over Locker, Button Fixer, Seam Taper, French Seam Sewer, Steam Iron, Electronic Cutter, Laser Scanner & Plotter System, Fix Position Table, Flat Press Machine with Vacuum, Rotated Type Seam Sealing Press Machine and many other specialized machines. The normal production lead time is about 60 days. The ISO-9001-2000 was granted to the group in 2002, also our factory has passed many Europe customer&＃039;s test, ie: Costco, Geetex ***** San He has 12 production lines with about 30 workers on each production line. About 8 production lines work on volume orders, for example Costco (US) and Regatta(UK). The major items included Rain Coat, Tracksuit, Waterproof Jacket, Swimming Trunk, Casual jacket, Casual Pant, etc. While 4 production lines work on higher end orders, for example, Alpine Pro(Czech), Active Sportswear(Denmark), Imax(U.K.), Killtec(German), New Balance(Spain), SOS Sportswear(Sweden), Sasta(EU), RTY(Spain), etc. The major items included Functional Windbreaker, Functional Taped Ski Jacket, Softshell Jacket, 3layer Jacket, 2.5layer Jacket, Ski Jacket & Pant, Functional Knitted Wear, Polartec Sweatshirt & Jacket, etc. We are capable of doing high frequent seal (seamless seal), laser cut, heat stamp, heat seal, high quality taping, glue on zip, silicon print, top quality embroidery, embossing and flocking, etc. especially those high fashion and high detailed garments.</p>
