The first two companies below are focused on manufacturing Machinery products and Chemical Products respectively at their production plants in Corlu. Inc. 6. Saruhan Domestic & International Trading Co. Inc. 7. Saruhan Foreign Trade Collective Co. Inc. History: Saruhan was founded in Istanbul in 1982 and started business with distributing home appliances and industrial cleaning machines. In 1990, Saruhan also became also the distributor of professional cleaning machines and of detergents in 1991SARUHAN was very successful through its retailing and services. Then, decided to become a manufacturer and vendor of industrial vacuum cleaners and electrical home appliances and built the machinery plant. In time, due to the high demands of the market regarding chemical products, SARUHAN also built a facility for the production of powder and liquid detergents. In this respect, in 2001, two production plants SARUHAN GROUP OF COMPANIESre established in Corlu (110 km away from Istanbul) on a total area of 60. 000 m2. The machinery plant is placed on 17. 000 m2 and the chemical plant on 11. 000 m2. The chemical plant is the combination of sulphonation plant with the latest version of Ballestra technology and atomized powder detergent plant. Our yearly total capacity is 105. 000 tons, including 60. 000 tons of powder & 30. 000 tons of liquid detergent and 15. 000 tons of raw materials. Our machinery products are qualified by CE, TUV-GS certificates according to the European Standards & ISO9001Products of SARUHAN Group: 1. Domestic and Industrial Vacuum Cleaners (Plastic and INOX Tank) 2. Spray Extraction Cleaners & Double Bucket Trolleys, 3. Powder & Liquid Detergents (Laundry, Kitchen, Personal & General Use) , 4. Raw Materials of Detergents (i. e. LABSA, SLES) Purpose: The purpose of the Saruhan Group is to produce high quality products for the domestic and global market. Up to now, Saruhan is selling into 45 countries and increases its market shares continuously. With its Machine & Chemical Plants, 5 main regional sales branches, 350 technical services and a number of distributors Saruhan provides production, export and after sales technical service to the customers. Our priority is to produce High Quality and to give a satisfying service. We are able to supply all main certificates especially TUV-GS for our products and any components used are VDE proved.
