The production equipment is as follows: 2.5tf, 10tf, 25tf, 40tf Die Hammers; 0,4t, 2t, 3t, 5t Free Forging Hammers; 250tf, 1000tf Power Press; 1600tf Hydraulic Press; Heating Furnaces for each Forging equipment; Furnaces for Primary and Secondary Heat Treatment with water and oil quenching.Machining Department. In the Machining Department there are an important number of large capacity machines arranged by product line. This manufacturing unit provides machining for a wide variety of parts in all shapes and sizes, both for external and internal needs.The production equipment of this division is as follows: Vertical Lathes, Turning Lathes, Milling and Planning Machines, Radial Drilling Machines, Acetylene Cutting Machines, Copying Machines, Welding Equipment.FORSEV owns Quality Control Laboratories.As a guarantee of the quality of its products, FORSEV effects a large range of testing in its laboratories: chemical analysis, non-destructive testing (mechanical testing, hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, magnaflux method, penetrating liquids).Beginning with the raw material acceptance up to the manufacturing and the dispatch of the finished products, exigent testing methods are applied according to FORSEV's Quality Book.FORSEV owns a Quality Assurance System implemented and certified according to ISO 9001 Standards by the international certification body GERMANISCHER LLOYD.We also have the products certification for engineering parts with LLOYD's, BUREAU VERITAS, and with GERMANISCHER LLOYD.With its production equipment FORSEV is able to manufacture:a) Die Forgings with the weight between 3 kg and 350 kg: Crankshafts, Front axles/rear axles, Bar heads, Suspenders, Traversing wheels, Gears, Pistons, Head Bearing and Lower Bearing, Buffer, Draw Bar, Hooks, Reversing Cylinders,Connecting Rods, Chain Coupler Link, Valves, Flanges, Bonnets.b) Free Forgings (rough-machining) with the weight between 14 kg and 1000 kg, the length between 50 mm and 1500 mm and the diameter between 30 mm and 600 mm: Axis, Bushes, Wheels, Spacer, Hub, Ring.c) Free Forgings and Die Forgings in Al. with weight between 1 kg and 150 kg: Al. couplings, Rings, Sliding Rim.This range of products are used in the following industries:Car industry: crankshafts, axles and shafts, front axles for trucks;Machine tools industry: shafts, wheels for travelling cranes, die blocks, maintenance parts for the forging industry, gear wheels;Oil industry: axles and large faucet valve-bodies for the oil pipes;Power and mining industry: wagon axes;Naval industry: bushes, axes and other large shaped parts for ships;Military industry: sliding rim, spring components, etc.The old tradition of FORSEV and its good name on the market, allows maintaining its old portfolio of clients both on the domestic and
