Equipped with high speed CNC, wire cutting, EDM machines from Germany or Japan, as well as Large CNC& Fitting Machine bought in 2010, we make moulds and parts for industries include Automobile, Household, Electrical, Medical, Aviation, Telecommunication etc. And we are good at making BMC molds, MUD molds and large-sized molds, while the largest one can be 2m×1.8m and 18 tons.</p> <p>In our Precise Tooling Shop, we mostly make domestic mobile phones, medical and electronic parts.</p> <p><strong>Plastic Injection Moulding:</strong><span> </span>obtained 38 Injection Machines from 80T to 500T, we mostly Manufacture domestic mobile parts, and medical & electrical & vehicle parts for overseas customers.</p> <p><strong>Second Processing and Assemblying:<span> </span></strong>we can offer services as painting, silk printing, hot stamping, plating and assemblying etc.<span> </span></p></p>
