- About Us : <br> <br>Selectron Ltd Sti., established in 2005 near Istanbul, on an area, 6000 m2 of which is dedicated to production, 600 m2 to administration and 13000 m2 to wood lot. <br /> <br />Each level of production has been highly automated in Arbor. All processes, from profiling to joining, painting and assembly of glass and accessories, are made by standardized and mechanized means. These processes, performed by German and Italian machinery, are controlled by an online computerized management system, keeping all processes in their standardized forms. The temperature and humidity in factory area are kept under automatic control. Our industrial capacities allow the production of most sophisticated doors and windows up to your own designs. <br /> <br />Our quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001. Our windows bear CE mark and are in accordance with DIN68121. <br /> <br />The wood species we use are Norwegian Spruce, Dark Red Meranti and American White Oak. They become 68 mm, 3-ply laminated, wood window profiles. The paints used on Arbor products are flexible and therefore donot resist against the natural movements on wood surfaces, thus preventing minor cracks that give birth to penetration of moisture and bacteria. They comply with EN 71-3 (harmonized standard for the safety of toys). <br /> <br />Our hinges, fixed in a concealed way in wood profile, carry upto 130 kg loads. This hinge design permits continuation of seal on sash surface without any interruption at all, thus providing better insulation. <br /> <br />Bead surfaces, free of screws and ribs are obtained after fixing glass units with special concealed nails. <br /> <br />We use silicon based liquid sealants between glazing units, sash profiles and glazing beads, which fills in the cavity applied and achieves full adhesion to all touching surfaces. This adhesion prevents water penetrations even in the long run. <br /> <br /><br><br>
