RoHS has been fully implemented in our company in the year of 2005 and TS16949 has been certified in January, 2008.As for processing equipment, the molding department has 8 sets CNC: one is high-speed CNC (Mikron in Switzerland) (32000)(circles), one is high-speed CNC milling machines(TaiWai)(24000 circles), 2 sets TaiWai CNC.18 Sets EDMs: 2 set Charmilles Mirror EDM, 16 sets TaiWai EDMs, 16 sets milling machines, 5 sets wire cutting machines, 6 sets high precision grinding machines, 1 set large-size radial drill, 3 sets drilling machines, 1 set lathe and 2 Sodick Slow Feeds from Japan. These various kinds of machines in our company can meet your different requirements.Plastic department has 45 sets plastic machines, 80T-550T. Plastic machines with various specifications will enable you to make reasonable use of resources required by your different products.
