In 2005, the company invested over USD7, 000, 000 with all brand new advanced equipments as Shenzhen Stariver Circuits Co., Ltd.ll as special engineers and technicians to set up a modern PCB manufacturing plant in Haosi Western Ind. Zone Sha Jing Shen Zhen. Covered building area of 18, 000 square meters, Stariver has over 600 work staff and monthly capacity reaches to 30, 000 square meters. Nowadays, with its various products application covered many fields from communication, audio, LCD, consumer electronics products to industry controller etc., Stariver has successfully be qualified by international companies like Sanyo, Samsung, Behringer Group ***** Our products are trusted and welcomed by clients in Japan, Europe and North America area. Double side board with FR-4 base material is our essential product, which takes 50% of the total turnover. Multilayer especially 4-10Layer PCB plays an important role to our turnover. Other various special material PCB such as Metal based PCB, Ceramic PCB, PTFE PCB etc. makes our product type abundance and diversification. We can provide not only from mid-volume to high- mix low-volume model products, but also with various finishing like gold plating (flash gold), OSP, Carbon print and blue peelable mask etc. Fast delivery of sample and small volume order is always a key focus to client. To reach the goal, we specially set up a manually PTH plating line so that our clientâ??s order from 1 piece to over hundred square meters can be appropriately planned and timely be delivered. Cost is another key point to the client. To be more competitive and economic cost down, we bought lands in Fujian Province to set up a new plant as a solution to client mass production order. The plant will be put into production in Jan. 2011. Till then, our monthly total capacity will be increased to 70, 000 square meters.
