The factory started from making plastic handles by 10 workers with 2 plastic injection machines in one workshop. In year 1994, Zhao Hui began to produce water taps for domestic market. With the quick spread of trading and exporting in china, we began to produce and export taps to European market in year 1998, Zhao Hui changed its name into Shunde Welly Industry Co. Ltd.and got its own exporting permission. By that time, Shunde Welly Industry Co. Ltd. had developed into a 600 people group with two big production sites in Shunde District. Since we have complete production line and facility system, more than 95% of the assembly parts of a product are made by ourselves, outsourcing parts are very few. This has ensured us to have good quality control and inspection at every stage of the manufacturing process.We have been supplying kinds of taps as shower mixers, kitchen taps, basin/bidet mixers, basin taps, bath taps (fitted with mechanical valves, ceramic valves, toggle valves, cartridges) and bathroom accessories in hundreds of different series to Bristan Limited, one of the largest brassware distributors in UK for almost 10 years. We are also the biggest long-term tap supplier of Mueller Primaflow Limited and Qualitex Supplying Limited in UK. Our production capacity is 10-15 containers (around 150, 000 pcs, US$1.5 million) per month. We have a strong designing team which can develop 5-8 new series per year. Our designers are also good at designing different shapes on your requests.
