He has learned baklava production in Gaziantep in the city he has born and famous with baklava experts. The first shop was opened in1975 at Aydin city center, in 1997 the second shop in Aydin was established. Since 2002 company has a franchise in Nazilli. On 2010 4th shop was opened at Izmir, one of the biggest cities of Turkey. Now, It has 4 shops and a manufacturing facility of 500 sqm. It is looking for opportunities for expanding the shops and cooperating with partners for wholesale business in foreign markets.
