Two million barrel out of the 24 million barrel have been program for lifting on C.I.F while the remaining 22million barrel can be negotiated for C.I.F, F.O.B or transshipment. <br />There is another 80 million barrel from N.N.P.C which will last from May-Dec 2008. As at this moment the sellers have not sold upto 22 million barrel from the bulk, this means you can lift directly from N.N.P.C jetty.We also have infomation for direct trashipment of the execes product from the Opec allocation to nigeria for direct transhipment.
