Present installed capacity of the Mills is 14400 spindles engaged in manufacturing of Ring spun yarn, working 24 hours a day and 7 days a week continuously. Expansion and Value adding plans are under progress. Unit is having the capability to produce yarn in counts ranging between 40s to 100s in both Carded and Combed varieties to suit different end uses. Presently Unit has experience in exporting yarn to Different countries. Our 40/1CW is well established in Export market and we are continuously exporting this count from last one year. We have well equipped testing lab in plant for Off-Line Quality inspection and our Machines are equipped with On-line monitoring systems to produce “Zero-Defect “Yarns. We have own testing equipment like UT-5 in our Lab. We have well trained and well experienced technical Staff and work force for Continuous improvement in Product Quality and customer service. Our 40/1CW Imperfections& Claissimat results are within Uster 5% Standards. Quality Established Quality assurance methodologies and processes Fine- tuned work culture with focus on Quality.
