Was established in 2006 as part as an expanded industry, initiated by bj coco, a coco oil producing industry, and is located at jolo, sulu, philippines. The industry is financially suppotted by the local government and foreign investors. Sulu Agri-Marine Integrated Industries Inc. produce high quality copra for coco oil, coco fibers and netting, coco peat, abaca fibers, organic furtilizer, and high qulity charcoal (industrial process) . Sulu agri developed and constructed it's own equipment for fiber extraction and baling with a capacity of approximately 7 tons of baled fiber per day. The charcoal is produced in batteries of kilns with 12 kilns per battery. Each kiln produces 300 kilogram of charcoal per 40 hour. We have recently a staff of 85 people but it will reach over 200 in 2007 due to the long-term contracts we have entered for the production and delivery of netting and baled fiber.
