- About Us : Super Tech Industries was incorporated in year 1999 as partnership firm for manufacturing and exporting medium and large sized quality forged rings used in ball, taper, spherical and cylindrical bearing.Today Super Tech Industries is one of the leading forging companies which manufacture forged, proof machined, CNC turned bearing races, rings, gear blanks, flange blanks and bushes for automobile industry.In addition to above, SUPER TECH INDUSTRIES specialised forged rings find its application in automotives, railways, material handling equipments and earth moving equipments. We at Super Tech Industries commenced production with one ring rolling line with annual capacity of 1000 MT. Today we are equipped with three ring rolling lines with annual capacity of 3000 MT.We are equipped with 12 CNC machines for finish machining of work piece.With strong management, highly qualified and experience personnel in all departments, skilled workforce and state of the art facilities, we have established ourselves as quality suppliers in both OEM and replacement market.Super Tech Industries covers an area of 54,000 sq. ft. which includes administrative unit, die shop unit, production unit, raw material storage unit, forged rings storage unit and heat treatment shop.Administrative unit consists of account department, export department, purchase department and sales department which are fully computerised and connected by networks.Production unit consists of three ring rolling lines manufacturing wide range of forged rings. Each ring rolling lines consists of batteries of power presses, forging presses, ring rolling machines and heating furnace.Die Shop consists of lathe machines, drilling machines, cutting machines, grinders, measuring comparators and measuring dials.Raw material storage area consists of open space where raw materials are stacked as per their grades and sectional diameters.Super Tech Industries offers a wide range of hot rolled forged rings through ring rolling process.Outer Diameter: 50mm to 500mmMax.
