- About Us : Established in 1994, Suyog Rubber (I) Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of rubber and rubber to metal bonded vibration isolation and other products in India. Suyog Rubber (I) Pvt. Ltd. customers include major Indian automotive giants (OEMs like Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd., Kinetic Honda, Mahindra Navistar Ltd., etc.) and their tier 1 suppliers. Apart from the auto sector, we supply to government institutions like Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. and Indian Railways as well as companies like Schneider Electric.We have 2 manufacturing set ups. Our headquarters is located in Nashik, about 150 km from Mumbai. In order to fulfill customer demand, we have commissioned a second unit in Haridwar, 200 km from New Delhi, in June 2010. Our modern Nashik plant spreads over 35,000 Sq. ft. and has in-house testing and tool development facilities. Our plant in Haridwar has about 12,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing area. We have over 50 rubber molding machines including injection and transfer presses.The Company is certified for ISO/TS 16949:2009 and ISO 9001:2008 by TUV India vide certificate nos. 44111097055 and 4410010496-E3 respectively. In a bid to operate in an environmentally sustainable manner as well as look after the well being of its employees, the Company implemented systems for ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 vide certificate nos. 91/E/5647 and 91/O/5647 respectively in 2010.
