We provide these services throughout Pakistan, for a more detailed description of our services we do; management Consultancy, Total Quality Assurance, In Process Inspection, Product Inspection and Sourcing, At SYSMEN we are not only concerned with finding reputable suppliers and Buyers but we are committed to ensuring the delivery of these products according to required specifications, reference sample and purchase order. In order to guarantee the aforementioned, Depending on the geographical location of supplier and other details of order we will either carry out these Quality Control inspections ourselves or will outsource them to other highly qualified specialists. we offer several different Quality Control and Assurance inspections for a small additional fee. We Do. Factory Audit The Factory Audit is performed following ISO 9000, SA 8000 and other TQM standards as well as additional specifications, which Customer requires. We cover all-important elements, such as quality system procedures, production capacity, staff facilities, etc. Customer gets a Factory Audit Report, providing an exhaustive and clear summary of our Audit. Initial Production Audit This inspection is carried out upon commencing manufacturing. It includes verification that the manufacturer has understood the customer's specifications and reference sample. An inspection of raw materials and components that will make up the final product is carried out, checking the first production run and a visual inspection of packaging materials. Inspection during Production This inspection is carried out when at least 25% of the order has been completed. This inspection is useful since it allows detection early on during the production phase, usually allowing changes to be made at a lower cost. During this inspection we ensure all contractual obligations are being met and the products are being manufactured and packaged according to specifications. Final Production Inspection This inspection is carried out when at least 80% of the order has been completed. We select samples at random, in accordance with AQL sampling standards and procedures. This inspection ensures that production has been in accordance with specifications, purchase orders, or letters of credit. Pre Shipment (Container loading) Inspection This inspection is carried out at loading port, checking, amongst other things, the quantity and quality of goods to ensure delivery will be according to purchase order and specifications. The inspector monitors the whole loading process to ensure that the entire container is loaded according to the purchase order. Laboratory Tests & Inspection If laboratory testing is required to ensure quality or to comply with local regulations, SYSMEN will submit production samples to local independent laboratories for testing. The necessary certificates can then be issued for regulation compliance. We provide both small scale (per container) and large scale Indenting services.
