- About Us : <br> <br>COMPANY PROFILE <br />In 1985, Tai Hing Nylon Filament Products Co Ltd set up the first factory in Zhanjiang, Guangdong China with monofilament production line using Taiwan technology, mainly supplied fish line. In 1991, Tai Hing Nylon Filament Products Co., Ltd. developed our own new technology and started producing nylon filament for brush. Today, we are a leader manufacturer in China, our Zhanjiang factory occupies 7000 square meters with 20 in-house modern production lines, and monthly capacity is over 300tons. Adopt high quality material and additive from U.S.A., Japan and Europe, produce Nylon6/66/612/46/1010, SAN, PP, Soft PP, Recycle PP, PBT (solid/hollow/single tapered/double tapered/tinct), PET (solid/hollow/single tapered/double tapered/tinct), PE, PS, PVC and Recycle PET filaments. Upon customer?? different request, expect normal straight or crimped filament in different cross-section, we also offer performance filament with resistance to UV radiation, Anti-microbial, Anti-static electricity, Negative-ion, Tourmaline, Vesicant, Fluorescent effect, inside-colourful-metal-particle.
