It was established by Clive Baldwin from the United Kingdom who sold the Existing entity to Clayton Heyns in 1997. During Clive Baldwin's ownership, the business shoTarpaulin and Canvasd a lot of promise and made some significant inroads into the PVC and Canvas market. However it was only when Clayton Heyns took over that many other opportinities, such as Tautliner Curtain sides for trucks And Marquee Tents, were explored. At the time Mr Heyns was a mere 23 years old and at his side was his 20 year old wife, both were dedicated to building up a Strong and healthy business. Nine years later this is the case. Both are still intimately involved and at present the business is split 50 / 50 servicing the above two Markets.
