Also the recycling system is a must. The dry admixture system also allow theproducer to make more stable and durable mixes. <br /> <br />TECASSA made the asphalt pavement of the Sto Dgo. 27 de Febrero Avenue of six lanes in 1996-7 adding 2% Portland cement to the HMA, and the pavement is in very good working condition after 11 years.
