In addition, we have two laminators with a continuous line of production at Sharjah/*****., Dubai where the polyurethane foam chemicals are uniformly sprayed on the profile sheets. The sprayed profile sheet is enveloped from top by the liner material simultaneously and they are carried forward together on a conveyor sandwiching the foam under formation in between. The moving conveyor is equipped for uniformly pressing the sandwich panel and by the time it is out of the conveyor the foam is cured to an extent that the panel can be handled manually. There is no stoppage of production at any stage in this process. Advantages of chemical spraying laminator over the chemical injection and press process are as follows:- 1. Uniform foam density from panel to panel. 2. No air pockets since the chemical is uniformly sprayed on the entire surface of the profile sheet ensuring full adhesion of the foam to the top skin and the liner. 3.
