- About Us : The activity of the innovative research and manufacturing company "Technics and Technology of Disintegration Co., Ltd" (TTD) are associated with all aspects of crushing, grinding and disintegration of different materials, as Technics & Technology of Disintegrationll as development of unique technologies for upgrading of ores containing precious metals and diamonds on the basis of the Company's proprietary developments. During 20 years of its history the Company has developed and offered in the market an extensive range of machines of basically innovative type. Currently, the Company is operating in the following six major areas: * Development and manufacture of cantilever-typegrinding mills for primary crushing-grinding in AG, SAG and ball modes with the productivity up to 1000 t/hr; * Development and manufacturing of lining and grids of unique design aimed to increase productivity (by 30-80%) and decrease power consumption (by 30-50%) for traditional and cantilever-type mills; * Development and manufacturing of planetary grinding mills of periodic action designed for coarse, fine and ultra-fine powders; * Development and manufacturing of planetary grinding mills of continuous action with the productivity up to 500 t/hr aimed to replace ball mills in ore mining, metallurgy, chemical, building and construction, pharmacological, food, agricultural and other industries; * Development and manufacture of hydraulic disintegrators(centrifugal scrubbers) for wash-out of clay rock, clay containing building sand and other minerals; * Grinding and dressing view of gold and diamond containing ore and manufacturing of mineral processing lines (plants) on a turn-key basis for geological exploration and mining production with the application of a pilot installation of continuous mode (up to 300 kg/hr), centrifuge jigging machine, small-sized X-ray separator, AG (SAG) mills, planetary mill and other equipment. The technical developments of the Company have been protected by patents of Russia, South Africa, USA, Canada, Australia and Chile. TTD is an active participant of mining congresses and exhibitions (4 exhibitions in South Africa, 4 exhibitions in the USA, 2 exhibitions in Germany and one exhibition each in Italy, Australia and Peru). Due to this fact the Company has always had access to the information on the most advanced technologies and equipment developments available worldwide.
