DERBY chains have higher working load capacities, as the plates & rollers are heat-treated & shot-peened to reduce fatigue stress & increase tensile strength. All pins are case hardened for high shearing strength & bushes are produced with advanced reeled technology to achieve perfect concentricity, cylinder precision & push out force. All wear areas like pin-bush, bush-roller & block end clearance are factory lubricated/ greases to improve the wear life of DERBY chains.
