- About Us : tega international have been in business since 1991, starting off with an investment/buy-out company where we were acquiring controlling stakes in pubicly traded companies in the southern Africa region. The target sectors were mining and minerals processing companies. Due to the success of this business, we went into banking and insurance, and general financial services. Our trading division was started to service and supply our own holdings, especially the mining companies. The trading company then became the marketing agent for the mines, assisting in penetrating new markets. Now the trading division is no longer limited to just our own holdings, but is actively extending it's services and experience to third party mines and importers.
