It is called" MATIE SAUCE" because of it's ability to be used creatively by our chefs,and it's outstanding flavor. Matie Sauce is manufactured at The Scientific Research Council ISO certified facility owned by the government of Jamaica. The company is also registered with JAMPRO the export promotion organization for our island.
