Commercial department - for follow up master L/C transfer, Yarn Back to Back L/C, Accessories L/C, Shipping documents, Bank to Bank doc's with original GSP& other relative job. Merchandising department = Mainly I, Mr. Taposh(Chairman)& Mr. Helal(Managing Director) follow this job. Also we have other 02-persons for specially follow up Accessories& Yarn. Designer& Sample approval = we have own designer in our office who is technically very sound. He looks development and bulk production approval for more transparency. He also develop our own design. Quality Inspector Team = We have 07-person Quality Inspection Team with 01-person Quality Manager for strong follow all factories production. We give each factory 01-Quality Inspector full time, from the beginning to shipment. That's why there is no chance of bad quality. Inspection = Finally we( I, Mr. Taposh& Mr. Helal ) are do the final inspection with our QC manager. Because we know very well that if we ship bad quality garments then after receiving those goods Buyer must claim to Mighty Tex. Finally we need to pay those claim amount.
