We desire to expand the popularity of this meaty - flavorful mushroom! Some, including us, believe it to be more flavorful than our native Cantharellus formosus. <br/> <br/>Cantharellus formosus is the main Pacific Northwest golden chanterelle and the Oregon State mushroom.
