• About Us : TOA was founded in Kobe, Japan in 1934 as a commercial audio system manufacturer. Since then, TOA Electronics Pte Ltd have been manufacturing and marketing sound amplification equipment including microphones, amplifiers and speakers. In response to the postwar democracy movement and active election campaigns, we created the world's first transistor-based megaphone and Japan's first reflex horn speakers. These products represent the foundations of our present success. With the period of rapid economic growth in Japan, emergency broadcast systems, which are commonly used in office buildings, became the main focus of our business. In recent years, our professional sound systems have been installed in concert halls and are highly regarded because they meet the exacting standards of professional musicians. We are also actively involved in such related business fields as CCTV and intercoms. TOA Electronics Pte Ltd was established in Singapore on April 1,2002 as our main Asian sales base, and is in charge of sales to all ASEAN and South Asian countries, as well as to Australia and New Zealand.
