• About Us : <br> <br>It begin in 1996 when Top Rank Group Co., Ltd. started introduce and distributing pre-insulated aluminum duct system in Indonesia, our first aim is to provide an option in air duct system other that traditional sheet metal, since that time we have developed and grew to the point that we need our own brand in order to achieve what we aim in the first place so we create TD for our flag. <br />Our manufacture PT. Kreasi Tata Udara was established at 2004 to join the global market of pre-insulated aluminum panel. It was the first in Indonesia and has been the preferred on since that. <br />Our factory is located in Tangerang Indonesia the area is very close to Jakarta International airport. It extend on a surface of 3.000 square meter area with two automatic panel production lines powered by a core of 3 professionals, and 8 skilled workers. Our panel and accessories production facilities complete with: <br />Two automatic production lines of TD panel, one production line of plastic extrusion <br />Test laboratory: we are able to make testing for fire retardant, thermal conductivity, compressive strength, and viscosity in our own laboratory to control the quality. <br />Computerized Raw material control system: it can make materials feeding accurate to guarantee the foam always in one standard. <br />Warehouse: 1.800 square meters. Normally we stock around 6000square meters panel for urgently order inquiry. <br />Our plant can produce up to 250.000 square meters per month, which is around 75x40HQ containers. At present we have more than 50% market in Indonesia and since 2006 we start export promotion by Top Rank until now we have exported our panel more than 9 countries in the world. In the future we will promote our products to all over the world through Top Rank Shanghai headquarters.<br><br>
