• About Us : In 1937, Admiral corporation was registered in the United States and entered the TV business using Admiral brand. In 1967, Admiral Oversea Cooperation was established in Taiwan and was the largest color TV exporter. In 1990, the first manufacturing plant of AOC was founded in Fujian, China, named Top Victory Electronics (TPV). It focused on TVs and monitors manufacturing business. In 2002, AOC brand started flat TV business and became the first batch of players in this field in China. In 2005, TPV mastered the core-technology of flat TVs, and became the OEM supplier for branded, Philips, HP, Viewsonic, TCL, Changhong, PRIMA, etc. In Dec 2005, TPV merged with Philips&＃039; design office in Taiwan and China factory, which further enhanced TPV&Atilde;ƒ&Acirc;&cent;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;&Atilde;&macr;&Acirc;&iquest;&Acirc;&frac12;s design capability in all products of LCD TVs. In 2006, TPV became one of the key national high-tech information company, providing advanced technology in flat panel displays. In Aug 2007, TPV announced 2008 global marketing plan for flat TVs. In 2008, AOC own-brand will achieve more than 1M units, and TPV&＃039;s globally will achieve more than 8M units. In Aug 2007, AOC announced 5-year strategy plan for global TV business. In this plan, TPV global flat TV business will achieve 20M units and AOC own-brand LCD TVs will achieve 6M units in the next 5 years. In Sep 2007, AOC was awarded "China famous trademark" by China State Administration for Industry and Commerce. In Jun and Jul 2007, AOC became No. 1 in DIY monitors market share in China.
