After a finished tie-up with Cooperheat, TRISCO was offered by the members of the CARBANDY GROUP composed of: MANNINGS- THERMOTEST PTY.LTD. to be their sole distributor of heat treatment equipment, electric gas and oil fired furnaces. Because of this, in the early part of 1993, THERMOTEST (PHILS.), INC. was organized having the p[resident of TRISCO, MR> ARTEMIO (BOBBY). TORRES JR. as its Managing Director for all operations of THERMOTEST in the Philippines. Exclusive distributorship here in the Philippines were also granted to TRISCO by: NELSON, a welding equipment and stud manufacturer of Elyria, Ohio U.S.A since 1981: TSUGITE SHOKO CO., LTD. (now CENTURY CORPORATION),<br/>a manufacturer/supplier of stainless steel plates, of Kawasaki -Shi japan; JINNIES<br/>LTD. Yokohama, pan a supplier of electric generating sets, universal milling machines, high pressure sodium lamp, etc.and TOKYO KIKAI SANGYO CO,. LTD., a supplier of pipes , fitting, machines and parts of Tokyo pan.
